Craig helped me buy a home in Las Vegas a few years ago -- Which was a great rental. Then - I found a great opportunity in LA that I wanted to get into and I needed the cash out of that rental property fast to make it work. Craig got my home on the market - and sold it the same day. I was able to get into my LA opportunity like I wanted with no drama. Working with Craig both times was great, and each time I got what I wanted.

We found Craig on Facebook. We wanted to sell a home in North Las Vegas and buy a home closer to work. Craig showed us quite a few homes - then - my husband and I had a bad car wreck and needed time away from house hunting. Our home was already on the market but we hadn't got any offers yet. Craig moved us to No Show so we wouldn't be bothered. It was 4 or 5 months later when we were up to seeing houses again. Craig said it was just a few days before our original listing was going to expire. We extended the listing and got an offer right away. Then were able to get the home we wanted under contract in Spring Valley. Everything went great on the buy side too. Craig even got a tile guy to come and fix one pesky broken tile in the kitchen. We were very happy to have time to heal and got only the best wishes from Craig when we needed extra time. Craig was always on time whever we needed him on both the buy and sale. Craig even listened to my husband's old "war stories". If I need to move again - I'll call Craig!

My girlfriend and I went to an open house and loved it. Craig was holding the house open - let us know he was friends with the listing agent and using him as our buyer's agent would be smooth sailing. We wrote up the offer right there at the open house. While writing up the contract I told Craig that - I was a professional gambler... who hadn't filed my taxes in 3 years. But - I had a lender who worked with gamblers. Craig let us know we would probably need to fix the tax issue prior to getting a loan. When Craig was writing out offer - we needed a prequalification because I hadn't got that from my gambler lender yet. It was around 10 am on a Saturday morning. Craig called his local lender - and 15 minutes we a prequalification... That was actually pretty bad. It said "May be qualified if I actually had income and cleared up my tax issues. But Craig - sweet talked the seller - and my crazy professional gambler offer got accepted over 2 other offers - No Joke!! Next - going through the process of getting my loan approved my Gambler Lender wasn't able to come through. But Craig - had his lender piggy back on everything we were doing for the loan -- and in the end, 2 hours before the deadline in the offer for loan approval - Craig's lender came through and we were "Cleared to Close". Our home in The Lakes is Awesome - and finding Craig at that open house is the only reason we now have this beautiful home.

Craig listened to us and found us exactly the home we wanted. He made home shopping easy because he got us a great lender too. We got fully underwritten loan approval so it was like shopping for a home with cash... We didn't need a loan contingency - the lender guranteed the loan would go through or they would reimburse our EMD - even though our offer was less than list price, we beat out two other offers because our loan was totally ready to go. We were able to close in 15 days with our underwritten loan approval. Craig was great. This was our 4th home - but we never had a Realtor who mentioned getting fully underwritten loan approval before. Looking for a home was so much easier this way. We tell anyone we meet who is looking for a home to be sure they talk to Craig.

Craig called and asked me to write this review. Craig's great - So how could I say no? I'm a fairly well off cash investor, I live in Connectict and one day out of the blue I started getting post cards for a Las Vegas Investor Network that Craig runs. After the 4th or 5th postcard I took the bait. Craig signed me up and started sending me his weekly "profit packages" that are basically homes that he had worked all the numbers on - and found them to be good investment properties. Whenever I have cash sitting around - and I get a profit package from Craig - I just reply to the email he sent with an e-signed purchase agreement for the home in his profit package - Craig gets with title and opens Escrow - normally around 2 or 3 weeks later I own another home in Las Vegas. After closing - Craig gets the home from title over to his property manager who has already been vetting renters - and cha-ching soon after that, rent checks start coming in. Like Craig said I would - I get great rental property tax deductions - I get super Las Vegas appreciation - and I get regular rental checks deposited to my bank account like clockwork every month. All total - I bet Craig gets around 12% ROI. I've bought at least one home with Craig every 6 months since I joined his investor network several years ago. I'm making over $20k a month in rental income now, and it's secured by my own houses. I've know quite a few Realtors - at least here in Connecticut... Most don't do all that much work, but Craig - and the way he runs his investor network is awesome. He makes investing in Real Estate so easy. I wouldn't buy or sell a home in Las Vegas without using Craig. (and since he asked me write a review for him - I hope this makes him happy! Send me another Profit Package Craig - it's about that time again!!)
